Is there a minimum quantity requirement for invitations?
While we don't have a minimum quantity requirement, we have a minimum investment of $300 NZD regardless of invitation count/quantity. For reference, $300 would typically cover 100 wedding cards (without envelopes and additional cards).
How long does it take?
Once we've been in touch and confirmed everything, we get started immediately! If your wedding is further away, we slot you into our production calendar and let you know the date we will start working on your order. From the day we start designing to production, print, and you receiving your invitations, it can take about 3-6 weeks depending on how booked we are.
We suggest booking us early so we can hold your date. Bookings can be made with a 50% deposit and you don't need to have everything finalised when you book i.e the design or your wordings/instructions, but it does ensure that we'll have availability when you do wish to start your paper journey.
For domestic shipping, allow 3-5 business days. For international shipping, allow 7-10 business days.
Gatefolds, pocketfolds, invitation sleeves, and coloured envelopes can often take longer. The timeframe will be advised to you before you proceed.
Can I make changes?
Since all our consultations, designing, printing and production is done in-house, our pricing includes 3 rounds of revisions. We will send you 3 rounds of digital proofs, with the 3rd round being your final copies. Please review these carefully each time. We can make unlimited edits within those 3 rounds of revisions. If additional revisions are required, there will be a $35 design fee per each round of revision thereafter to account for design time.
Can I get the digital copy of my invitations?
For most designs, yes! Certain collections we don't allow digital copies, to protect our hard work in creating these designs which unfortunately are subject to intellectual property theft by recipients of digital invites. If you wish to distribute invitations digitally, this will be $35 per page. Please let us know you require digital invitations, so we can provide amended copies of your invitations which will not be exact the same as your printed copies, however will be just as beautiful. We are a small local business providing a service that is new to New Zealand and is inevitably subject to copying, so we thank you for your understanding. Please note, we do not allow reprinting or altering our designs in either a personal or commercial capacity, and our designs are copyrighted.
When should I place an order for my wedding invitations?
We advise sending your wedding invitations to your guests at least 2-3 months prior to your wedding, so we would recommend getting in touch with us at least 5-6 months prior to your wedding allowing enough time for production.
Most of the time our turnaround is quicker than what we had anticipated but it's better to have your invitations early rather than leaving it to the last minute. We are sometimes able to process rush orders, on a case-by-case basis therefore feel free to get in touch with us if you require a priority rush order.
Do you have a physical site for pickup, or is shipping the only option?
Since most of our clients are from Auckland where we are based, we have partnered up with a well-known bridal boutique in Manukau. Collection will be available from their showroom. The collection date will be discussed with you personally closer to your order being completed.
We can also ship your order domestically and internationally.
